This is a scooter in name only. It is beautifully engineered. They are strong, fast and rugged. I must sell according to my wife and some age related items. This bike will not be a traffic hazard as it will cruise at 60–65 mph. The bike needs nothing except a rider. These bikes are getting very hard to find. They were only in production for two years, 2005-6. Will negotiate as long as it is not stupid. I know stupid, it makes me pout
